With his experience living and working around the world, Will Rapp (7-2-8-3) has been the driving force pushing Kolbe Corp into international markets.  Having been an independent Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, Will has been a strong voice and advocate for our Consultant community. As a wise, generous and patient person, Will has been an outstanding mentor for external consultants as well as those of us who work at Kolbe Corp.

After more than 30 years in many roles, Will has retired from his daily duties at Kolbe.

Will joined Kolbe Corp in 1988, and quickly became instrumental in developing the application of the Kolbe Wisdom™ into business.  After working inside Kolbe Corp, he became an external Consultant, proving that model was an effective way to work with clients and bring an understanding of instinctive strengths to a wider audience.  His next role was as President of Kolbe Corp’s International Division, where he spearheaded the development of the business so that it is now regularly used in over 100 countries every year, with active Certified Consultants in over 20 countries. As the company’s preeminent Fact Finder, Will wrote most of our case studies and served as our unofficial historian. In 2017, Will received Kolbe Corp’s highest honor, the Founder’s Award.

We still get to see Will at some company gatherings, many of us get together with him for lunch, and his wisdom and grace still permeate the office.  But now Will has more time to enjoy his family (including nine grandkids), keep up with his extensive reading, see old and make new friends, and follow his beloved Arizona Wildcats.

Thank you, Will, for everything you’ve done for Kolbe Corp and for so many in the Kolbe Community.

Our mission is to help people succeed by having the Freedom to Be Themselves. We’ve discovered the secret to what makes people tick – the instincts that drive individual and group behaviors. Our validated assessments help you learn your conative strengths, and how these innate strengths fit into jobs, relationships, and on teams. Conation -- the power behind performance – determines your M.O. (modus operandi), and the true culture of any group.
